I had a low oil warning on my 2016 Q5. I dropped it off the next morning and they found an unrelated more serious problem. I authorized them to replace a broken front axle in addition to oil change and replace air filters. Everything was completed the same day. Very reasonable invoice. I can always rely on McLean Shell to keep my Audi running well.
